背景說明：跟客戶解釋產品螺絲孔滑牙的原因。

Normally, the screws are installed¹ on the production line with

torque-controlled screwdrivers, so my guess is that the unit was

reworked² off line and a technician over-torqued the screws by

using a conventional³ screwdriver. 通常在生產線上是用可控制扭力

矩的螺絲起子來鎖螺絲，所以我的推測是該(螺絲鬆脫的)產品是在

離線重工時，技術員用一般傳統的螺絲起子將螺絲鎖太緊所造成

的。
