本人在日常寫英文書信連絡時，會因不知如何下筆，而參酌、爰用本書的寫法

以下兩例是本人幫台中市及羅馬尼亞Timisoara市連絡邀訪事宜，寫給胡志強市

長及對方市長的信，其中的粗體字，全出自本書：

#. 給胡志強市長的信

Dear Mayor, Mr. Jason Hu,

Some things came up just in these days, and Mr. Gheorghe Ciuhandu, the mayor of Timisoara, Romania did not foresee this when he wrote you the confirmation letter dated Aug. 28 in response to your invitation. Per the following message from Ms. Aurelia Junie, Mr. Gheorghe Ciuhandu will be tied up and unable to make the trip to Taichung in late October. To this effect, he proposes his visit to fall in the week of November 6 - 12th. Please confirm if the timing is fine with you.

Additionally, they would also like to know about the details regarding the number of their delegates, the duration of visit time, accommodation arrangements, e.t.c. They are looking forward to your prompt reply so that they can plan the trip accordingly.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this change, and we are very appreciative of your support in this matter, as always.
