英文雖不是我們的母語，但是我要感到很自豪的是：有一位泰國籍的市場行銷經理在工作上碰到英文的難題時，她不是向英語系國家的人士求助，而是跟本人請求幫忙，這事件代表兩個含意：
1. 在泰國市面上所能找到跟工作有關的專業英文書，是來自台灣本人所編著的「商務實戰英語書信實例」這本專業英文書，而非其它來自英、美的英文書。
2 . 英文雖不是台灣的母語，但台灣有能力從事跟英文有關產業的輸出。
整個事情的經過是這樣子的:有位泰籍職場員工在泰國買了本人編著的本專業英文書，但是她在書中找不到她所要「離職證明」的範本，所以她就寫e-mail跟我要，於是我就立即草擬乙份給她，讓她在工作上可以交差，以下是我們書信往來的內容。
Dear James,
I am one of the persons who bought your book (Practical Model Business Correspondence) in Bangkok, Thailand. I know well that you are very busy as a businessman. However, I need your help as soon as I finished reading your book roughly.
I didn't find another important example which was the one I really need right now. It is the letter to certify somebody in an organisation or in a workplace with the rate of salary. And I didn't see the letter to certify somebody about the background of work and recommend that person to another workplace in the case that he or she resigns from the previous place to the new one.
Could you please send me some examples for those? I need them and give them to my staff.
I would love to say "Thank you" in advance. I really hope that you will be willing to respond my email.
