背景說明：特別跟美國總公司澄清有關前幾天電子郵件的內容。

By the by¹, in my e-mail the other day, I was just relaying what the

vendor thought about things, not meaning to infer² what, if anything,

was factual³. 順便一提，幾天前在我的電子郵件中，我只是轉達廠

商對事情的看法 而已，並無意去推論(就算有的話)其所言是否屬

實。

關鍵解析：

1.    (ph) 順便一提；口語中另換話題的用語，其意思同by the way或 incidentally

2.    (vt) 推論，推斷，臆測

3.    (a) 事實的，真實的
