comes up的意思是指(問題等)被提出、論及，what是名詞子句的主詞，子句的動詞comes是不及物動詞，up之後因沒有受格，所以不可用介係詞with。但這句話也可改成to see what we come up with，這時名詞子句的主詞是we不是what，what是複合關係代名詞當受格，come這個不及物動詞要接受格的話，一定要接介係詞with。
